Old Age Look?

Does anyone know how to make a person look older? I need to make an eighteen year old girl look like she is a middle aged woman. Other than the way she wears her hair and the type of regualr makeup she wears, is there anything else i can do?

Hey there.

Put flour in her hair to make her look more grey. Ask her to stay awake for a long time before the shoot so ge looks more tired and weatherd.

make up aside, body language is damm important and can give away the fact just like that,

in all seriousness restrict her arm and leg movements, easiest way to do this is to tape the top of her arms around her chest and tape the legs just above the knee.

That is a good point Chance, I don't know if you were joking or not about the tape, but i agree body language is important and I was going to work with her on that.

I am glad you said something though. I was hoping some people would have ideas other than makeup.

Do you have any thoughts on like clothing? It is a casual situation. But like should I match her cloths color's to her skin tone or something like that? Like maybe have her wear one color and make her lipstick and eyeshadow and all that the same color. What do you think?

You could have her wear shoulder pads, and really low high-heels, and a knee length skirt.

That's a good idea red house, but i need this charecter to be a strong actress, because she has a big part. So i think i will doll her up all old like and hope for the best. No not really but at least i will try my durndest and look back years later and wonder why the hell i did that. But o well that's all part of the fun.
